We'll confirm your order, review pricing, securely process your payment, verify your delivery address, and coordinate a convenient delivery time. Once that's done, we'll take care of the rest and bring your premium meats directly to your door.

For many customers within our service area, same-day delivery may be available depending on location, order size, and scheduling availability.

At Prime Choice Meats, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, any unused portion may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has been properly stored under appropriate frozen or refrigerated conditions and is accompanied by valid proof of purchase including date and time. Upon verification, the product will be replaced with an item of equal value. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser, and Prime Choice reserves the right to deny replacement if the product has been substantially consumed, mishandled, or if proof of purchase cannot be verified. Customer acknowledges and accepts the condition of the product at the time of delivery.

Disclaimer/ Disclosure: All products are sold frozen and vacuum-sealed. Products should remain frozen or be properly refrigerated upon delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once products are accepted. Customer assumes responsibility for proper storage and handling after delivery. All products are sourced from USDA-inspected facilities. Seasoned products may contain common allergens such as garlic, herbs, spices, or other ingredients. Please review packaging for full details. Sales representatives are independent contractors and are not employees of the company. Safe handling and cooking of all products should be conducted in accordance with USDA food safety guidelines, including recommended internal temperature standards. By accepting delivery, the customer agrees to these terms.

Freezer Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

All freezers and burner grills sold or provided by Prime Choice Meats LLC are sold ‘as-is.’ Although equipment may be brand new and in original packaging, Prime Choice Meats LLC does not provide any express or implied warranty, guarantee, service, repair, or replacement coverage for such equipment. Any manufacturer warranties, if applicable, must be handled directly through the original manufacturer. Customers are responsible for registering and pursuing any warranty claims with the manufacturer. Prime Choice Meats LLC shall not be liable for equipment malfunction, spoilage, loss of product, electrical issues, or consequential damages resulting from the use or failure of any freezer or burner grill.

Any assistance provided by Prime Choice Meats LLC in plugging in, positioning, stocking, loading, or setting up freezers or burner grills is performed solely as a courtesy to the customer. Prime Choice Meats LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for electrical compatibility, improper installation conditions, equipment malfunction, temperature fluctuations, product spoilage, property damage, or any losses resulting from the operation or use of the equipment after delivery or setup. Customer acknowledges responsibility for verifying proper electrical supply, breaker capacity, ventilation, freezer temperature settings, and continued monitoring of stored products.
